Clive and Linda Kitney welcome you to the Dorin Court Guest House

A large Victorian guest house over looking the sea, offering large well furnished accommodation, all rooms have been recently refurbished, with family , double, twin and single rooms , most with en suite all with TV DVD tea/coffee making facilities.

Prices include full English breakfast, and now we are offering evening meals. We also open for lunch’s midday and Sunday for a traditional Sunday roast.

Our guest-house is opposite the promenade and leisure centre, where you will find excellent swimming and keep fit facilities

Felixstowe offers traditional seaside amusements, Edwardian gardens, and the excellent Spa Pavilion Theatre offering a variety of entertainment.

If you like to shop the town centre is a short walk away and a pay as you go golf course is nearby.

Felixstowe port is also close by; here you will find a museum and a popular viewpoint where you can watch the largest container ships coming into port.
